Virtual and Phone Hypnotherapy Sessions
Hypnotherapy sessions are available virtually with the aid of the internet or by phone. Though some people prefer in-person sessions, others find that time constraints, distance, and/or physical limitations make face-to-face sessions impractical. Surprisingly good rapport can be achieved using virtual and phone technology. Hypnotherpy sessions conducted with the aid of this technology have proven to be highly effective and have had excellent results.

The guided visualizations are recorded and sent to you on a CD or via email as an MP3 download. The benefit of these sessions is that they are customized to your individual requirements and are therefore far superior to standardized hypnotherapy tapes and CDs. In addition, subsequent sessions, if required, can build on and evolve from prior sessions, a benefit that standardized tapes don’t offer.

Clients who live in the Bay Area can combine in-person and virtual or phone sessions in the course of their hypnotherapy program. This flexible approach is convenient and effective for individuals with busy schedules, or with geographic or physical limitations.

Virtual Sessions
Virtual Sessions are made possible through free international communication software (skype) that is easily downloaded off the internet. A webcam can be purchased for approximately $30 to $50 making it possible to simulate a face-to-face session. The “call” is made at no cost from computer to computer. A microphone is needed for speech recording. A headset ensures privacy and enhances the experience, but is not necessary.

Phone Sessions
The phone call is made by the hypnotherapist and there are no long distance charges. You can listen to your telephone hypnotherapy session using a phone headset or by setting your phone on speaker.
